The challenge To position the rebirth of a neglected Grade II listed warehouse in Manchester’s hipster central, the Northern Quarter, as an unmissable opportunity for free thinking businesses to relocate to an innovative and energised working environment.
What we did A significant feature of the Sevendale House refurb was the reinstatement of the old light well. This striking feature allows bright, natural light to run through the centre of the building from top to bottom and is a perfect metaphor for inspiration and freshness of thought. The light well became our creative springboard, which we utilised throughout the marketing materials, from our die-cut brochure to our brand signature – Let the Light in.
Results After launching in late 2014, all 60,000 sq ft of Sevendale House has almost been taken up, with companies such as Ticketmaster, Liquid Personnel and Code Computerlove moving in.
