The challenge To support the brand development and launch of a 500,000 sq ft mixed-use commercially lead scheme, as well as the site’s first building, No.1 City Place – a 70,000 sq ft office building and the first of its kind in Chester.
What we did This kind of development is usually situated in an out of town business park. Our job was to persuade businesses looking to Manchester and Liverpool that the Chester scheme offers the best of both worlds: A modern, spacious accommodation and an attractive, well-connected, city centre location to work and play in. The look and feel of our campaign combined the historical Roman heritage of Chester’s landmarks with the modern build of No.1 City Place. All imagery, textures and materials conveyed a considered range of materials to support the pre and post completion programme of works.
Results Since launch Jan 2016, No.1 City Place is currently 50% under offer with tenant names to be announced in the coming weeks. Interest in the building, space and location has grown significantly and plans are already underway to explore the second phase of the development at City Place.
