A Grade A office building in the heart of Manchester’s business district, The Chancery was launched to the market with an agent’s event on 8 March. A buzz-generating success, the event preceded the final step in 90degrees’ marketing campaign: a post-completion brochure featuring all-new photography that shows the building at its best.
Developers Rockspring acquired the building for £16 million in November 2016, and immediately set about refurbishing it to a Grade-A standard, adding an all-new entrance, carpets and reception area and refreshing the floor plates.
90degrees was appointed to create a new brand for the building, a holding page, an iBrochure and a marketing suite. You can view the holding page here.
