In Progress: Maple + Midford, Fitzrovia


90degrees recently mailed out a mysterious teaser item to 250 London agents with the intention of raising buzz and awareness around Maple + Midford, a new office and retail space in the heart of Fitzrovia.

A bustling district within London’s West End, Fitzrovia is home to an array of fashion, cosmetic and media brands – including the likes of Estée Lauder and Facebook – so we wanted to create a suitably stylish item that would also get people talking.

Perfectly (and fortuitously!) timed with a run of good weather, our Maple + Midford sunglasses landed on agents’ desks mid-May. Sporting subtle M+M branding on the arms and presented within a bespoke box and pouch, the sunglasses arrived with a simple, enigmatic message: “Spring/Summer Collection Coming Soon”.

The sunglasses have been well received, with many agents posting shots of themselves sporting their new eyewear to social media. A follow-up mailer will soon be sent out, announcing the launch of the Maple + Midford website and ‘solving the mystery’ with further details about this stylish new building.

Ready to Launch: The Chancery, Post-Completion Brochure


Following the agents’ event on 8 March 2017, 90degrees has now finalised the post-completion brochure for The Chancery, a Grade A office building in the heart of Manchester’s business district.

The purpose of the brochure is to give the building’s agents new marketing materials to pass on to potential tenants. Deploying brand-new photography, the brochure focuses on showcasing the Chancery’s best features: the large, re-carpeted floor plates; the recently refurbished reception; and the spectacularf location in the heart of the CBD in Spring Gardens.

The brochure itself is layflat binding, which lends itself to images that are worthy of using across two pages – perfect for our widescreen shots of the Chancery’s expansive floor plates. Gold colouring – a key part of the aesthetic that 90degrees’ created for the Chancery – can also be seen throughout the brochure.

Ready for Launch: Enterprise City


On 26 April Manchester’s iconic Old Granada Studios hosted the launch event for Enterprise City UK, an ambitious, far-reaching project with the aim of creating a tech and creative hub within Allied London’s St. John’s development.

This innovative hub will be centred around four buildings within the wider St. John’s development: Manchester Goods Yard, Old Granada Studios, the Bonded Warehouse and the 26-storey No. 1 Grape Street.

“We don’t see Enterprise City UK as a property development,” says Allied London chief executive Mike Ingall. “We’re trying to be entrepreneurial providers of infrastructure. To the companies that will be invited here: we won’t sell you out, and we won’t harangue you for rents, rates and service charges.”

Around 50,000 people currently work in the tech and creative industries in Manchester. Mike Ingall believes that Enterprise City could help to double that number, with the 10,000 roles created within the scheme generating thousands more positions throughout the city.

Stagecoach Rides into One Stockport Exchange


Bus operator Stagecoach is the latest occupier to sign up for One Stockport Exchange in Stockport. The company has taken out a 15-year lease on 33,000 sq ft within the building, which received its official launch, overseen by 90degrees, in February of this year.

Stagecoach has announced that it will be relocating around 200 roles to the new offices.

The 55,000 sq ft building was created by Muse Developments and forms part of the £145 million Stockport Exchange scheme which comprises 375,000 sq ft of office space; 28,000 sq ft of retail space; a 1,000-space multi-storey car park; and a 115-bed Holiday Inn Express.

Ready for Launch: The Chancery, Manchester


A Grade A office building in the heart of Manchester’s business district, The Chancery was launched to the market with an agent’s event on 8 March. A buzz-generating success, the event preceded the final step in 90degrees’ marketing campaign: a post-completion brochure featuring all-new photography that shows the building at its best.

Developers Rockspring acquired the building for £16 million in November 2016, and immediately set about refurbishing it to a Grade-A standard, adding an all-new entrance, carpets and reception area and refreshing the floor plates.

90degrees was appointed to create a new brand for the building, a holding page, an iBrochure and a marketing suite. You can view the holding page here.

Ready for Launch: Stockport Exchange


90degrees – in conjunction Muse Developments and Stockport Council – is pleased to announce the successful launch of phase two of Stockport Exchange

A project as ambitious as it is expansive, Stockport Exchange is a 400,000 sq ft mixed-use commercial office and hotel scheme – a 115-room Holiday Inn Express will soon be opening its doors – featuring an all-new public realm alongside excellent retail and leisure facilities.

90degrees’ breakfast launch event for Stockport Exchange took place in our top-floor marketing suite, a space themed around the unrivalled connectivity that the building has to offer. Following brief speeches ranging from the informative to the celebratory, attendees received goody bags and a selection of bottled beers from local brewers Robinsons, packaged in branded Stockport Exchange totes.

In all, then, Stockport’s new Grade A office space received the high-end introduction into the market that it deserves.

Four Longwalk


It’s here!

Following 90degrees successful win of a competitive pitch to rebrand a new building in Stockley Park, we are now delighted to say… it has been officially launched!

4 Longwalk is a 100,000 sq ft, Grade A office building in prime position within Stockley Park. 90degrees created a high-end brand to reflect the offering and produced marketing collateral to actively and effectively convey the messaging we wanted to portray for the building.

Having now completed a brochure, website, launch materials and a fly through movie – to name a few – which positioned the CGI of the building within ‘real life’ footage, we are now able to see the finished product and it looks great!
